Our Debate Mate team have been practising how to prepare for a trial debate. The motion was: We should ban junk food. During a 15minute preparation time, the children learnt how to use the acronym: S – squad time C – chat R – rank the ideas A – assign the ideas P – peel (point, explain, evidence, link)
