Ragged School Museum – Year 4 Trip

Year 4, who were learning about the Victorians in History, went on a trip the Ragged School Museum. The school is set up as it would have appeared in 1870’s London, complete with authentic and well-used school desks, slate writing boards and chalks, blackboards and easels. Much like the Ragged School, Southwold was built by the London School Board in Victorian times in order to bring education to all children.
