Year 6 Visit Into University
Year 6 had a week’s worth of visits to Into University, where they were divided into four groups; Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Emmeline Pankhurst and Malala Yousufzai. They learnt about who they were and why they were so important and integral to positive change. They also met Rosa Parks on zoom and researched different degrees you can apply for at university and where you can go. Some of them were interested in courses in the UK and others set their sights on overseas. On the last day of their visit, they went to South Bank University and presented all of their hard work. They then graduated and received certificates for everything they achieved. Big congratulations to team Martin Luther King…
