Day 5 – Erasmus Tenerife Trip March 2024
Today our pupils enjoyed a well-deserved day at Playa de Las Americas where we were welcomed by a Viking Boat docked at its port. During our trip by coach to the south of the island, we were surprised by the rain. Children learned how microclimates directly influence the island’s landscapes. Bracelets, keyrings and lagartos (toy lizards) were the most popular. After that, it was time for the most anticipated treat of the trip, el helado delicioso! (delicious ice-cream) We have now all packed and are ready to make our way back to the UK, bursting to share the wonderful experiences, knowledge, skills and memories with our families and friends. Hasta mañana! (see you tomorrow).
