Year 2 went on a trip to the Science Museum for their topic on ‘Everyday Materials’. They went on an interactive materials hunt around the museum and had to find lots of different items e.g. something made of metal, something older than 150 years or something that would break easily. The children even had a short workshop in the sensory Pattern Pod which really helped develop their Science skills and vocab.
