Year 5 visited the Thames Barrier where they learned about the structure, mechanism and history of it all! They were amazed at the strength of the Thames Barrier to protect London from floods and had a chance to walk around, admiring the serene views. They travelled back to school with the new Elizabeth Line which they thoroughly enjoyed.
